If any product covered by the SEASOFT LIFETIME BREAKAGE warranty breaks or any part of it breaks then you can send us a picture of the damaged product along with $19.95 US for shipping and handling. We will send you a new product or a replacement part so that the product performs like brand new. In some cases we will require the damaged or broken product to be returned to us.
